January Glossybox (Awesome)

Hello everyone!

Today I am just going to show you all my what is in my January Glossybox.  I totally love this box because first of all, I receive the nail polish that I have been wanting to try on and secondly, we get 7 samples instead of 5! How awesome is that?

Anyway, I also notice the fact that it is now the month of February haha and I am talking about Glossybox January.  The reason for it because I just receive my box literally a week ago.  Glossybox actually emailed me to let me know about the delay of my box so that is why I just show you all right now what I got in my January box.  Oh and the January box is called the "Man Repeller Box"

Here is my Youtube on this January Glossybox.  If you like it, pls liked the video and subscribe.  Thanks so much for your support!

Well let me get straight to the pictures and description of the sample item that I receive in my "Man Repeller Box."

1.  Fresh     Full Size: $35.00/1oz
     Umbrian Clay Mattifying Serum

Umbrian Clay, Fresh's proprietary ingredient, has a uniquely high-mineral content that works to neutralize acidity, purifying and clarifying the complexion.  This treatment formula tones and hydrates while controlling shine minimizing the appearance of pores.

I actually excited to try this because I have oily face and this will minimize the appearance of pores which I, again, have big pores so this will be good for me to try out.

2. Le Metier De Beaute     Full Size: $225.00/1.17oz
    Repleneshing Daily Solution

This rich, emmolient formula protects, conditions and hydrates while it nourishes, rejuvenates, and detoxifies skin, restoring a health suppleness to your skin.  Paraben-free.

I honestly not so sure about this product.  I am excited to try but scared when I look at the price.  Hey what if I like this product? I cannot see myself spending money to buy the full size product.  It is just too much for me.

3.  Narciso Rodiguez     Full Size: $$77.00/1.6oz.  $104.00/3.3 oz.
for her Eau de Toilette Spray

A fragrant harmony of musc, intimately refined with a floral facet developing gently and slowly, rounding out into the feminine warm tones of sun-kissed skin, dusted in soft, velvet-like sensuality.
This perfume smells good however, it is not for me.  I find this a little too strong for me.  Others may like it more than I do though.

4.  OPI    Full Size: $9/.5oz
"Can't Let Go" Liquid Sand Nail Laquer

A unique matte purple shade with subtle accents of reflective shimmer.  This long wearing liquid sand lacquer dries to a matte finish which means no top coat is necessary! Apply base coat and two coats of color for full opacity.

I seriously in love with this nail polish.  Super fun and so cool!  Best of all, I got it in purple, my favorite color.

5.  Sebastian Professional   Full Size: $19.00/5.1oz
     Potion 9

The ultimate versatile styling cream infused with nine botanical extracts to help restore lost moisture and rejuvenate the healthy look of your hair.  Perfect for styling your wet and dry hair into multiple looks with flexible hold.

6.  Tarte    Full Size: $26.00/.07oz
     Glamazon pure performance 12-hour lipstick

Achieve vivid long-lasting color with a superb blend of emollient-rich butters (mango, avocado, and shea) encapsulated in Tarte's 12 hour power formula.  Helps to minimize the appearance of fine lines leaving your lips with a perfect, plumped-up appearance.

This is a beautiful red color.  I, however, am not really into red that much.  I think it is because I cannot pull a red lip on me haha.  This is an orange based red so when you see the picture on me, it looks orangey red. (If this makes sense) haha.
The color is pretty, don't get me wrong.  It just not for me.  :)

Well that is all I got for my January Glossybox and a little bit of my opinion on them.  Let me know what you think.  Have any of you tried these products? If so, pls do leave a comment below and share your 2 cents about these products.

Thanks for visiting! Until next time y'all!! XOXO

Colorful Spring Look

Hello everyone!

In this post, I want to show you this look that I created that represent spring.  I am so looking forward to spring because I want to see flowers blooming again and most importantly, I am so done with the cold weather. LOL

I know that I have been missing and not posting any posts for awhile.  I was sick for over a month and then while I am recovering, my baby was sick so I have to focus my attention to our health and getting better so I kinda took a break that I didn't plan on taking.  I really miss blogging so now that I am better and hopefully stay healthy, I will blog more often like I did last year.  To all my lovely readers, thank you very much for your patience, I truly appreciate it.

Well without further ado, this is the link to the video for colorful spring look.  If you like the video, don't forget to subscribe!

Products I use,

Face,
Moisturizer, Lancome
Foundation, Revlon Color Whipped Foundation
Eye brow: Concrete, MAC
Eye Primer, Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Bronzer: Too Faced Chocolate Soleil
Blush, MAC
Eye shadows: Lime Crime Magic Dusts in Circus Girl, Lime Crime, Empress and Shoe Addict
Wet and Wild, A glass to shine: (all matte products) I use the brow bone color.
The Watts highlighter by Benefit
Eyeliner: pencil in perversion as well as liquid eyeliner in perversion
Mascara: Too Faced LashGasm
Lipstick MAC Angel topped with MAC Nikki Minaj lip glass Limited Edition

This is the final look.  What do you think?

I just love the combination of the colors.

The total close up look.  :)

This is another angle of the look.  Because of my teeny little eyes, you won't be able to see the whole look such as pictured above lol so I decided to show this angle, that way you can see the total look including the eyeliner which you will hardly see otherwise.  Ha Ha

Well that is all.  What do you think? I really love this look and I hope you do too.  Leave me a comment and if you like my video, don't forget to subscribe :) Thanks so much and thank you for visiting.

MAC Glamour Daze Collection

Hello everyone!!!

How are you guys doing in this brand New Year 2013?  I am not doing so well right now because for the past 2 weeks now, my kids and I have been sick.  Oh it is terrible, I cannot move, and all I did was lay in bed or couch most of the time.  On top of that I was dealing with my sister moving out of our home.  It sucks!

Anyway, enough of all negativity, I was not trying to bring negative into the post, I just was trying to explain the reason why I have been missing for a few weeks.  I felt horrible and hopefully I can still have enough loyal readers and not losing all of you guys.  I truly miss blogging! I just always fell asleep sleeping with my sick baby every night and truly didn't have time to even write a blog or even can write.  It was hard.  I apologize.

On this post, I want to talk about the holiday collection from MAC Glamour Daze.  I have bought this palette in early December when they first came out, I didn't do the review until later on.  By the time I did the review, I was too busy to write the post.  Hahaha Well now I try to find the time.

Here is the picture of the palette ALL FOR GLAMOUR FACE KIT in GORGEOUS BRONZE  that I bought.

This is how the palette is boxed.

This is how it looks like when you take it out of its box.  It has a beautiful vintage looking in my opinion.  Glamour truly it is.

I love the bow flap it came with.  It is so pretty.  It is magnetic flap so one has to be careful if one didn't know that it is magnetic, one may open it forcefully and can damage the palette.

This is how it looks like when you open them.  You have a big mirror on top to use.  Perfect to have when you need to touch up in a car and do not have to worry about not having a big enough mirror.  The provided mirror is big enough to see everything :)

It comes with a lipstick that has a lid to it.  Thank goodness.  I hate when they have a palette with lipstick next to the eye shadows because the lipstick will definitely get dirty and that irks me so bad.

It comes with a bronzer, Golden.
3 eye shadows:
Hearts-A-Flutter (S)
Romance Me (L)
Shadowy Lady (M)
2 lipstick: Barely lit(L) and Headturner(CS)
1 Double ended applicator- 275SE Shader and 316SE Lip Brush

I don't know why but the color does not look the way it supposed to.  I tried and tried to capture the right color but to no available so I apologize.

I tried and tried to get a good swatch for the bronzer but my golly, it is so hard to have a good swatch on to my hand. lol.  same thing with the rest of the eye shadows.  It is just difficult.  The swatch that you see is from many many layer of the eye shadows as well as the bronzer.  I knew when I swatch this I will be weary about how it will take when I actually put it on my face.

Well this is the final look that I create from the palette.  The bronzer actually shows up better on my face than it is on my hand when  I swatched it.  The eye shadows were not pigmented at all.  I have to swipe quite a lot of times to get the color to my desire.  Even after I finish, I still find myself touching it up because I just was not satisfied with the colors of the look.  I do love the lipsticks.

The palette actually gives a great collection of colors that give a nice look to your eyes for party or even just an everyday look.  It is the fact that it is not pigmented enough. Arghhhhh it is so disappointed because I honestly fell in love at first sight when I saw this palette and immediately bought it without thinking twice.  It is MAC! It shouldn't be that bad.  Well this is my first disappointment when it comes to MAC products. :(

Last and final look from this palette.  I love the lipstick, headturner.  It is this beautiful blue based magenta.  However, when I tried to take a close up picture of it, it looks more light pink than how it supposed to look hahaha.  I don't know if it was my lighting or my camera. Well I took this three picture to show you how it actually supposed to look.  All the colors looks more identical on my face than it is on my swatches so there you go! Judge it for yourselves all them colors.  I love the final look I create but I cannot lie, it is a pain to use to get to how I want it to look.

All and all, will I recommend you to buy this? Definitely not.  This is the one kit that I actually bummed that it didn't turn out the way I want it to be.

That is all for this post.  I hope you like it and sorry to disappoint you if you are planning to buy this palette, my suggestion is buy something else.  Don't waste your money.  It is not worth it to buy.
Thank you for visiting and until next time! :) XOXO

Ferrero Rocher Inspired Look

Hello everyone!

Gosh Christmas is so close now and I am so busy with last minute gifting and trying to not miss anyone.  This is one of the reason why I have been slow in blogging and giving responses in my blogs.
Anyway, today I just want to show you my Ferrero Rocher inspired looks.

See I got a Holiday Treat Box from Influenster and in it, to my surprise, is Ferrero Rocher.  I was super excited when I saw it because I love Ferrero Rocher.    So, when I made a video review of Ferrero Rocher,  I just have to share with you guys my looks that I created while filming this video.

If you are wondering what is Ferrero Rocher, it is this amazing combination of  whole hazelnut surrounded by chocolaty cream within a crisp wafer all enveloped in milk chocolate and finely chopped hazelnuts and it is awesome.  If you never try one, you should try it and after that you probably will be blaming me for getting you addicted to this wonderful snack.  Haha.  I made a review video of Ferrero Rocher as well, check it out!

Here is the link to it:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KcdCo4Hcj68

Well let me just show you the look I create for this video.   I use Naked Palette 1 to create this look and lipstick I got from my glossybox for my lip.

Gold is the major theme for this look because Ferrero Rocher has a gold wrapper for its chocolate and it is just so fancy and expensive looking.

What I did with my eyes, I start with smog at the crease using pencil brush, half baked in the middle using the all over lid brush, sin in the inner lid, toasted at the outer lid then top it with combination of smog and darkhorse with the pencil brush and create a V-shape.  I then use naked to blend smog in my crease and Virgin to highlight my browbone.
For my bottom eyes, I use sin in the inner lid, smog and darkhorse combined on the rest of my bottom eyes.
I create an cat eye for the looks with perversion eyeliner, I also line my waterline with perversion.  I then apply fake eyelash.

For my cheeks, I use Nars orgasm, and I use MAC bronzer from the glamour daze palette holiday collection.
Lip: I use the lipstick I get from glossybox, I believe it is called Glossy Pink.  I really love this lipstick and have been using it plenty of times.

Here is just the final look with my Golden Gift box.
This look is very easy to create and won't take you long to do so I hope you like the look.

Just one final picture to show my love to this awesome chocolate treats.

That is all for today and let me know what you think about this look.  Do you like it? Am I missing anything?
I honestly love this look because it is neutral but at the same time very vibrant gold look that can be used for party or just everyday look.

Leave a comment if you like and Thank you for visiting! Happy Holiday everyone.

The Gilty Pleasure 18K Real Gold Nail Polish Top Coat Trio Gift Box

Hello Everyone!!

Today I want to show you guys this beautiful collections from Zoya.  The nail polishes that are in this gift box are totally super amazing.  Why? Because not only that it contains 2 great nail polishes from Zoya but also that it comes with a top coat that contains gold! Real Gold. 18K Gold to be exact.  Yes you may think that I am crazy because who in the world will buy a nail polish that contain real gold and use it on their fingernails as a top coat.  Yes yes that crazy girl is me but hey really, it is zoya and I totally fell in love with it when I saw the colors and for the price it offers I think it is a bargain.  When I purchase this gift set, I also got a full size of Zoya Storm  and full size body wash from their sister's line so hey not bad right?

Well let's just show you guys the pictures of these beautiful nail polishes already shall we!

This is how they are packaged.  Pretty right? I love the box that is used to store these nail polishes.  It looks expensive, well it is kinda expensive  haha however,  I like it and I find it pretty.  Yea I am weird like that.

A closer look.  This holiday set comes with:
Purity, the white nail polish, Gilty, the 18K Gold top coat, and Raven, the black nail polish.

Ok let's start with Purity.  It is this pretty white nail polish.  I have always had a problem applying white nail polish on my fingernails and I don't know why.  Purity is no exception. It applied streaky and not evenly if I am not careful.  It is opaque in two coats if you know what you are doing however if you make a little mistake like me, then another coat is needed.

This is Raven.  Well just like its name, it is this gorgeous black color.  I am in serious love with this color.  It is opaque in two coats with no problem whatsoever. Totally love it.

Last but not least, the star of the box, Gilty.  Gilty as you can see from the picture, it has 18K written on it because it is contains, well, 18K real gold.  It is so pretty and I am seriously loving this top coat.  You can pretty much use this as a top coat to any color of nail polishes that you have.  Its intention is to add a little oomph to our manicured nails.

Up close look of the brush with the gold flecks.  It is indeed gorgeous. The brush is great to use but then again my nail is short so I do not have any problem applying most nail polishes.  If you have a longer and wider nail, you may need extra work but you also may not.  I am only talking based on my experience with my nails, I do not have a problem with it and it works wonderful on me.

Ok this is the picture before I put on my top coat and I took this picture in a terrible and I mean terrible lighting so pardon the dark and muddy look of this picture. They both are actually really beautiful looking color.

Now are you ready to see the final result of this with Gilty as a top coat?

TA DA!!! Gorgeous right? I mean really! I LOVE  Gilty and honestly am not regret getting holiday set at all.  Though I was worried in the beginning when I start putting the top coat because I was trying to make sure I get the gold spreads evenly and I only need to brush it twice to make it look like pictured so it really is simple and did not give me any problem.

Here is another look from a different angle and my left hand to compare with the right hand.  I am totally enjoying this look on my nails right now and loving every minute of it.

Well that is all the picture I have for this particular set.  The top coat and both colors of raven and purity lasts    good.  I have done my dishes today manually and not using dishwasher machine and they totally still look like I just put them on.  No chipping whatsoever.  Yes it is a little on the expensive side (a little) however, it truly gives a great glow to any of your nail polishes.  It adds that little oomph that I told you about.  Plus, Gold is "IN" right now.

This Zoya Gilty Pleasure 18K Real Gold Nail Polish can be purchased on Zoya website for $45.

That is all for now guys.  Don't forget to check out my giveaway and participate. :) There is still time remaining to be in the giveaway.  Here is the link to the GIVEAWAY.  Thanks for visiting! Until next time.  XOXO

Deborah Lippmann "Just Dance" Glitter nail polish

Hello everyone!

December is here.  Wow time sure flies so fast.  I have been so busy trying to do Christmas shopping among other things like taking care of my children and my house which is why I have been blogging less and visiting others bloggers' page less.  Oh too many to do at this moment lol.  I feel sometimes like there is not enough hours in a day, which is crazy.  Despite all that, I love December.  December month is just a very merry month.  Don't you think?

Well December is also a month in where you see lots of beautiful lights, glitters, colorful looks that represent red, green, gold and others.  This time I want to show you this lovely, gorgeous, beautiful nail polish that shows the spirit of Christmas.  It is like a Christmas party in your nails.  Now it is not an art, it just a pretty glittery nail polish.

So, ever since I bought my Deborah Lippmann "mermaid's dream," I fell in love with Deborah Lippmann glittery nail polish.  I truly believe Deborah Lippmann makes one of the best glittery nail polish ever! oh and not only that, it really dries faster than other nail polish I tried especially OPI.  I like OPI but I hate the wait for my nail polish to dry sometimes especially the glittery nail polish.  This particular brand of glittery nail polish is among one of the best.  It is however, on the expensive side but for these ones "Just Dance" and "Mermaid's Dream," are truly worth it.

I will now show you some picture so you can see it for yourselves how pretty this nail polish is. (Oh even my husband agrees! Yay!)

First, Let's see the packaging of Deborah Lippmann nail polish.  Honestly, I love its packaging.  I find it very cute, unique, different and high end. OPI nail polish, in my opinion is a bit bulky compare to Deborah Lippmann.  The very first time I saw its packaging, it draws me immediately to pick it up and look at it.  I love it but at the time, when I saw the price, I have to put it back lol because I find it a little too expensive for me until I saw a swatch of mermaid's dream then I knew I have to have it.
Here is the picture of its packaging:

Cute right? I totally love its packaging.  The only thing I do not really like about it is the handle of the brush.  It is smaller, and if I am not careful, I am so scared that it will slip of my fingers and make a mess.  So far  I have not so cross my fingers that it won't happen.

See the wonderful, gorgeous looking glitters right? So so pretty.  I am so much in love with their glitters nail polish line.  Oh wait, I am supposed to talk about the brush strokes.  Ha! well the brush is good to me and perfect for my little fingernails.  However, for those of you who have a wider and longer nails, this can be a little annoying only because it may take a longer strokes and can cause unevenness.  Nevertheless, all you need is to get used to its brush on a couple of fingers and I truly believe you won't find it too annoying.

This particular nail polish called "Just Dance." It reminds me of Lady Gaga's song every time someone asked me what color it is that I am wearing.

Makes sense because the color of this nail polish is so pretty and glittery that it makes me want to go to club and dance.   It is perfect for Christmas month too because of the merrily Christmas music that is playing everywhere makes me want to dance along with the music.

TA DA! Just Dance is gorgeous don't you think? Oh I cannot get enough of it.  This polish fills with lots small and medium chunks of blue and green glitters and tiny black shimmers so at certain angle, it looks blue and other angle, it can look green especially when you see it under a yellow light like we have mostly here in the US but if you live in Indonesia,  it will look more toward blue.  Oh and I definitely see Teal so as I said earlier, with different angle, I see different colors.  Anyway, the combination of all the colors are just stunning.

A closer look of this amazing color.

Up close look of the glittery chunks and shimmery nail polish.  Gorgeous right?

Well that is all I have on this post.  I am so sorry for the dry fingers.  I am not one to put lotion over and over again to moisturize my hand and am guilty of that so please try to focus just on the nail polish and not my dry, chapped fingers.

So what do you think? Do you like it? I am so glad I bought this one.  I really am.  I have no regret about it at all.

Thank you for visiting and have a wonderful day!

If you like to purchase this nail polish, it is available at:  (The price is $18)

This giveaway is sponsored by SEPHENE Jewelry.   I will post a blog about Sephene Jewelry next and you will see that her products are all hand made by her using 100% natural Silk.  The owner of this amazing products is a lady named Angela Desisca.  She, in my opinion, is a triple threat lady.  She is not only a business owner, she is also a blogger as well as makeup artist.  Woooahhhh I have no idea how she does it all but she does it all.  How did she find the time?  Ok back to jewelry giveaway,
So, instead of us picking the jewelry, Angela is very kind in letting the winner to pick one of your favorite from her collections so why don't you check out her collections already and pick your favorite. Here is the link to her jewelry page: SEPHENE JEWELRY
